Dear Heavenly Father,
First of all I would like to say thank you for allowing me to see another day. Thank You for my working body, organs and limbs. Thank you for a sane mind. Thank you for your unfailing love and grace that I do not deserve. Thank You that I AM filled with purpose. Show me Your will for my life so that I will purposefully and obediently choose the path You have for me.
Please keep me focused on you always Father God. Help me to seek You and put You first before anyone or anything else in my life. Keep me grounded and steadfast in your word. Please provide me with mental, physical and emotional strength, clarity, peace of mind, words of wisdom and encouragement so that You can continue to use me to affirm and comfort others.
May I have an open spirit to listen to Your voice of reasoning throughout this day. Lord what would you like me to do today? Please guide my steps, guide my actions and guide my words towards everyone that I interact with throughout the day. Help me to love everyone as myself no matter how hard it gets.
All of this I pray in your precious sons name Jesus Christ, Amen.
