This is a public service announcement to all my fellow believers. A state of urgency has been issued out to act on your purpose God has called for your life. This sense of urgency has been issued out due to the current shift in the world of hurt, pain, an uproar of the lack of trust within the government’s infrastructure of justice; the lack of freedom to walk in a society without being typecast as a thug or the problem. What makes me qualified to give such a mandate? “Listen to me, all you in distant lands! Pay attention, you who are far away! The LORD called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name.” Isaiah 49:1 I was made aware and have been diagnosed with, what may have appeared as a setback, a vocal tic disorder that limits my speaking ability. However, I have been created to be the voice for those who may not have the opportunity to verbally speak or articulate about what is going on, but by the use of the power of words it has the ability to speak louder; creating a lasting effect with the intention of healing and a call to action.
There has been a disconnect of communication throughout our communities and our world where the value in lives, not only in the black community but for Christians as well as it relates to the occurring events of Isis, are fading. There is an outcry of a scabbed wound that has been picked at so deep that it needs more than just a prayer to be stitched up. It requires treatment from the inside out. This conflict intervention process demands action on the purpose He is called on your life as it is the remedy on how to help bless, heal, and sow into another life within our communities. Our purpose exacerbates the will of God. I urge you not to be a hindrance to someone else’s blessing because you did not bless God by honoring what He has set you here to do.
So my fellow believers, let us pray on clarity on the direction he would have us to go, not by our will or actions based on fleshly desires or impulsive emotions, but with the patience to only move under his covering and the peace that may not lean-to our own understanding on how God will implement and connect our purposes together. We must start to trust that He is building an army for his glory, an ecclesia, a nationwide church that is no longer confined to denominations. Matthew 18:20 says, “for where two or three gather in my name there am I with them.” If He is with us with three people, how much of the power of God will be present with many in numbers? We have petitioned that we need answers from this political war zone that has been targeted to lives across this nation. Let us be each other’s answers by walking in our purpose, utilizing and maximizing the gifts stored inside of us and using those as the weapons we need to move forward in action with urgency.
